I am just arguing the military aspect. America still has considerable military in Italy and a component of the military that strictly has a mission of NBC especially bio-terror. What are they doing? What has ,specifically our bio-terror units/labs/scientists, done since the past epidemics and threats? I pretty much surmise that government has pretty much failed society especially the military which is PARALYZED by the virus which is scary.

I don’t doubt the seriousness of the situation but there seems to be something different about the way Italy attributes deaths to the virus. Repeated reports have 99% of the dead with one or more pre-existing serious conditions, but these reports are exclusive to Italy.
