You have a known severe, but rare complication of the drug combo, and a low pre-test probability of efficacy. That combination should give pause to anyone considering this therapy. This is also ignoring countless people who are being treated with it for their connective tissue disorders now being unable to fill their prescriptions. I don't understand why officials and media haven't worked to find answers here. But the need for the drug to immediatly save someone's life should supersede the need of keeping someone's arthritis in check - the lupus I'm not too sure about - but RA can be temporarily helped with steroid medication.

I think they have answers, but like everything else, every topic devolves into competing sides pushing narratives to support their personal interest agendas that are hidden from us.
