Any honest appraisal of Northam’s tenure as governor leads to an inescapable conclusion that he is a tyrant who is using the pretense of the epidemic to exercise totalitarian power. My disappointment is in how meekly Virginians are allowing the chains to be fastened to their wrists. Patrick Henry and other Virginia founding fathers are surely disappointed in their posterity.
I, although not a native Virginian, know the history of the influence of VA on the start of the building of America, as we all do.
I always thought Virginians were feisty, fighters for a cause. Instead they are nothing like the patriots of old and I do not see their becoming great again. Very sad.
