What should I take from this low ratio? No one talks about this, but MANY are being tested while FEW are actually positive.

Actually as of today lookos like it is 17.3% total or so.
For the states (not talking territories, but it’s similar), the AVERAGE ratio there is 11.9% while the MEDIAN is 8.6%. That means several of the states are abnormally high, and skewing the average.
Yes we are higher than SK. As are many. People need to look at SK and wonder how a neighboring state can have such little problem with this.
