Sad really. I have no doubt that some politicians are using it as a political ploy. “Never let a crisis go to waste.” That still doesn’t mean it isn’t a crisis. Or in some places, just warrants some extra diligence.

Obviously we can’t hide at home forever - but I hope that most folks will do whatever they can to be safe.

I see the images out of China and Ecuador. Easy to believe that they are fake or whatever. I think some other poster awhile ago said that actual images of dying people or body bags in U.S. hospitals is what some people need to realize this isn’t just a hoax. But I’m glad we are too civilized for that.

Maybe this family’s pleas will resonate with some.
