I believe Oaklawn Downs stayed open with no spectators. They have a brand new hotel they are building next to the track and if they can’t open it, they’ll be in a hurt for money.
Oaklawn, Tampa Bay, Gulfstream and a few others remained open. Someone told me that horses were possibly being imported from other states just to get a race in. Time to open the other tracks.
