How can you answer if the first line of it states: “You have the right to remain silent ....” With that, I wouldn’t say a word. Period. Will make your lawyer happy also.

“It’ll go easier on you if you tell us the truth.

Are you sure you want to do that? You know if you ask for a lawyer, it’ll look like you’re guilty.”

We just need to Clarify some things...
We just want to get your side of the story..

Allowing the police to LIE to a suspect in the course of an investigation has got to be one of the WORST decisions, ever.

“How do you explain your (fill in the blank) at the scene?”

Virtual house for months.

And for many, solitary confinement.

“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them.”

Maybe as far as this ruling goes wrt Miranda, but it is BS for anything else. If this were true AND RECOGNIZED for all Constitutional Rights, then lots of laws need to be tossed...particularly all of these lockdowns and about every gun control regulation in teh country...

Lately I’ve been telling folks, “I’m about ready to grab my musket and head to Lexington, where I’ll just wait for the bastards.”
