I know the song so well I didnt listen to it all the way to the end.🙂
But I most pay attention to song lyrics, and lyrically Al Stewart is a genius. Ive heard some Al Stewart fans make an exception for this song, but its no exception.

The full length piano intro on the non-radio version is awesome.

The entire album is great. It’s on my road trip flash drive.

One of the only 70s song that's worth listening to. A true classic.

Wonderful song! Haven't heard it in many years. Also loved Summer Breeze by Seals and Croft, which I have not heard in such a long time.
Reminiscing on a wet, dreary quarantine night can be a good thing.

Tim Renwick is a masterful guitarist. Great acoustic solo segues into great electric solo.
