For those dumb enough to do this in that environment, wait until one of them suffers a health emergency, or even dies, wearing one in sweltering heat and humidity. The lawsuit Disney will receive in this event will be deserved.
Disney, you are going to lose customers.
But think of the mentality of the socialist totalitarians in HOW THEY think of all other people (the one’s they “rule”, they think) in so crass a fashion as to advocate a provably scientific falsehood in order to preserve a biologic killer in pristine (uninfected or poorly recovered) people.
To perpetuate that notion— the masks... as a “feel good” but also most especially another lever of minutiae power over people. Way beyond-— “your brake light is out” traffic stop.
Roy Cooper, NC-D governor is a perfect lying a@@hole example.... freaking weasel who stole an election because of one county Durham.... with “late ballots” (discovered, mail in provably fake absentees exceeding precinct numbers... the works). He says wearing the mask is “to show others you care”. What horse shite.
We had 4 French students as guests one summer ages 17. I asked if they wanted to go to disneyland; they unanimously said no. The one outside Paris once and that was enough.
One off them came back with her parents and we took them on a road trip. First stop vegas. I asked if they wanted to stay an extra night. no, they wanted to see Death Valley (no desert in europe) and didn’t care for Vegas. They laughed at the Paris hotel Casino and the small version of the eiffel. Estimated 40% of Death Valley visitors are from europe.
Here’s the problem. Some people—like me—bought multi-day theme park tickets (in my case, to Disneyland) in January 2020 that are good for a full year, until January 2021. I had planned to go in June.
Disney is not refunding those. Their position is: use them before the deadline, when we reopen. Therefore, if I want to get my $$ worth, I have to go before Jan 2021. They aren’t extending the deadline for use.
Never mind that when those tickets were purchased, there were no mask requirements, or distancing, or reduced offerings etc. Too bad, says Disney. But buyer beware; likely the fine print says “no refunds, even if in a global pandemic, as long as the park is open.”
So it’s not so much that Disney customers are idiots for going in summer/fall 2020; it’s just that some of us have nonrefundable tickets. If I choose not to go, I’ve lost $1000s in value (4 of us with multi-day tickets).
Not only that, but probably 20 percent of the population has some degree of issues with shortness of breath, etc. Strapping a mask on someone like that, is just asking for trouble.
“Interesting court case: a presidential declaration against the emergency powers of a governor.”

That’s different from what I was alluding in my previous comment. In my example it would be shot down because you can’t make all businesses immune from civil and criminal lawsuits. The best you can do is some legislation of laser-like targeted legal relief in specific instances and even that would be hard to pass, due to civil rights and legal industry interests.
But, in general, yeah - it would be interesting Pres declaration or EO vs. Governor’s orders. Probably been done in the past? Maybe Eisenhower taking on Arkansas Governor Orval Faubus? I dunno.
“People will be crashing businesses without their masks. They’ll be helpless to stop us. “

Well, good luck with that. I remember when it was a tenent of conservatism that businesses decide how they conduct their business.
On the plus side, your reasoning has been tried out before and has met with some success:

OMG the heat in those damn masks will be unbearable, I had to run into Costco this AM and I honestly could not breath with that damn thing on I left without shopping left my cart in the isle DONE!{
I enjoyed Sea world and food at Disney was excellent. Yes it was fun but really not that much greater than Six Flaga

For something like Disney where you spend the day, it’ll probably be awful uncomfortable. If you’re just running into the store to grab a few things it’s not as bad.
But, for now, people will have to adjust or just skip doing whatever if they don’t want to wear a mask. Today’s world sucks that way.
Conservatives should be boycotting Disney anyway. Disney and their media subsidiaries are one of the biggest enablers of the hard left worldwide. Giving them money is like licking the floor of a nursing home in New York.
Same. Ive been to Disney in July. Is absolutely miserable in Central Florida Between June and August, as much as I love Disney theres no way I will go back during the summer months even without having to wear a mask. I cant imagine how miserable that will be having to wear a mask from the heat index is like 115° And You are standing in the sun.
The Karens of the world will love this extra excitement.
Maybe the Mice can hand out papers signed by Walt Disney, thanking the Karens for wearing a mask.
And on certain “special” park days.... unwarned parents got to explain crotchless leather pants... and a@@es showing on two kissing males—to their children.
People are going to wear masks in 95 degree high humidity...
The Karen’s will do it for their new God of Perpetual Masks!
How fun. High energy squads will descend upon you to order you to put your mask on.
I wonder what will happen, if critical masses ignore the masking order. How many high energy police will be needed to enforce the order????
Mask required = no go fo me.
Mauschwitz.
