I think I know what you mean. I’ve seen explanations like “duplicate” and “excerpts not permitted”. Those make sense.
But I’ve also seen just “pulled” and “no thanks”. Those don’t give much guidance. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place.
Yeah, you’re right.
Sometimes the explanation is useless.
But “No Thanks” is a common reason for pulling a thread. Usually posted when a thread goes past the decency boundaries.
