Sure. A.k.a. massive voter fraud. It's the only way Democrats can get elected.
They only need it in the Democrat governed states. Some of those states are “battleground” states and are likely to be the margin of Victory for DJT. Mail in ballots are not the magic bullet, though, It is but another arrow in their quiver. The main push will be for the big Democrat cities in the battleground states and in the Republican states. The major cities all report vote counts last and the Democrat vote counters will simply add enough votes to counter the statewide Republican majorities. even if they wind up with vote totals that outnumber the citizens of the state the Republicans will not complain. They will grumble and then say, “well, too bad- we lost. Better luch next time.” There will be no next time. Elections will continue after the Bolshevik sweep in November but they will be carefully controlled and 99% wins will be the norm.
