One has to wonder what Shepherd Smith really did to get the axe. The Murdoch sons are bent on changing FoxNews slowly like a cancer eating away at tissue. Why they want to take a big crap in their own lunchbox is beyond me.

The very first time I turned on FoxNews to actually watch its news coverage was during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Within the first five minutes I reached the inescapable conclusion that I was watching a clown show, not a news media outlet. Shep Smith was the host, and he was babbling such incoherent and overly dramatic bullsh!t that I knew this wasn't serious news coverage.
It turned from comical to bizarre when he began reporting stories about people eating each other inside the Superdome.
If you go back and find the live FR threads at the time you'll probably find plenty of commentary from me about it.
I'm surprised the dope lasted as long as he did.
