With ESPN having its lowest ratings in 41 years, the roundball money seems to be drying up. Sad, isnt it? /sarcESPN - and Disney as the parent company - have paid a fortune to the NBA ... billions ... for broadcast rights. They really want the NBA back. They need the NBA back. Personally, I have not watched a game in a decade and don't miss it at all.

With ESPN having its lowest ratings in 41 years, the roundball money seems to be drying up. Sad, isnt it? /sarcIt'll be fun to watch the wailing and gnashing of teeth next year, when the salary caps for 2021 are lower than 2020. Dak would be well advised to get a deal done before 7/15.
All this talk about how the NFL's next TV contract will be double or triple is just that...talk. Sure, the NFL ratings are good, but how will they pay for it when dozens of their advertisers are seeing revenue declines of their own?
