I'm a little confused by the "evidence" offered against Ansel (is that his name?). She took photo of her old iPhone showing a screenshot of an alleged exchange that ends with "him" giving her his snapchat? The time stamps seemed odd to me in that image because the "time since" doesn't match up with the time at the top of the screen but I don't know how Twitter app worked on an iPhone 4 or 4s in 2014.
How is anyone in such a situation supposed to prove a negative if they were in the same room?
