Our cities have been doing everything in their power to enable the homeless to live a homeless lifestyle. You can only conclude that they want the homeless in their cities, with the crime, needles, feces and stench. There is no other explanation.

It is spelled Tacoma, and you are correct, Tacoma is red. Military base there, lots and lots of active duty AND retired. BTW, we joined FR on the same day.

I see dead cities, and some of them don’t know they are dead.

actually we NEED Democrat run cities like Seattle to absorb the Trash, homelessness, drugs, crime cultures, and keep them away from viable cities. ;-)

Dying is the usual result of a successful suicide.

I prefer to think of Marxism as a form of lycanthropy...

I like it. When liberalism starts to harvest, I just like it and am pleased to see their suffering

Yeah, I heard there are some folks migrating east to Idaho. Sorry. I could suggest check points and verifiable conservative values required in order to gain access to the state. I’ve also heard Boise is portlandia east now. Sad. We wrongly thought that Reno would be okay but in the 9 years we’ve been here it’s been spiraling down the drain. I’m too old and not enough money to leave now. We will keep on fighting the good fight.

It’s short-term thinking. They get to shake down oh-so-desperate to be politically correct local CEO’s for more tax dollars to “fight” the problem, then use part of the money to pay the salaries of professional homeless advocates who prolong and expand the problem. Seems like a path to easy re-election for the typical Democrat politician - until one day the tax base is suddenly gone and they can’t understand why.

Yes, it is happening to all blue states.

Gavin Newsome was asked to move the druggies, crazies and tramps to the outskirts of LA to build them a shelter. “NO”, that is not what he wAnts. He has said he wants the citizens of LA to experience this first hand.

I don ‘t need to tell you property in LA is extremely expensive ... among the highest in the country. So, now he is building condominiums to house the homeless in good neighborhoods. Who wants their children growing up with this? the potential problems are far too numerous to list!

LA is my hometown and I love it here....but, as an older woman, I am going to live by my few relatives who live in a charming small town in Santa Barbara county where our family has farmed for generations... and still do.

The mayor of Santa Barbara is also a Democrat nut ... crazy homeless wander the streets of SB aimlessly ....yes, property values are even steeper in gorgeous Santa Barbara. I’ve never lived outside Califiornia and never want to. But they go to lengths to make this beautiful place...a living hell.

I actually watched this video. Seattle is what the people who live there want it to be. And, to prove it, Seattle continues to vote year after year, overwhelmingly, for the same DemonicRats, and this is what DemonicRats do, in every city, and the voters will not even consider a different approach.

Therefore, again, this is the type of city the people there want.

The thing is...Seattle USED to be a great place.

I know what you mean. Hubby and I moved here in 1980. We both remember commenting about how safe we felt when walking the streets at night, after we had gone to a movie or concert or something. Now, walking there in the daytime is problematic.

My husband travels by bus to downtown Seattle from the suburb we live in. When he watched this doc, he just shrugged. Stepping over passed out drug addicts was just the norm for him every morning while walking from the bus stop to his place of work.

He told me a story one evening about an older lady and older man who would walk together every morning to the building that they worked in. One morning, she asked my husband if he would walk her to her building, as the other man was not there that morning. She admitted to being scared to walk alone, along those sidewalks.

Seattle used to be a beautiful place. How quickly it has descended into madness.

"You can only conclude that they want the homeless in their cities ..."

The leftist Dems want the homeless "vote". It's easy to
multiply that vote because the Dems control the counting
of the votes and the precincts and there are no Republicans
watching. (That's the key -- no one
is watching what the Dems are doing in the cities.)

Thank LIBs/DIMs/leftists. The majority of people there want this. Good luck, you losers.

When no restaurants re-open it will be quite a shock to the enabling locals.
