I think people should do some serious thinking about how this all plays out. There is increasing realization that the hot war has started. Well, there aren’t any uniforms. People aren’t forming up in lines and columns preparing for a charge. CWII is different. What does that mean and how do you meet the challenge?
The rioters are led from behind but are not openly led by a government. Law-abiding people are led by a government. But if the government won’t join the fight, then how does our side engage in the fight? It amounts to unilateral surrender if we continue to worry that our government will punish us (but not the other guys) for bad behavior.
That is the real problem right now.
Look at that couple in St Louis, forced to take up arms to defend their home and their lives from a wild BLM mob, because the police are not ready to take on BLM, on direct orders of the mayor.
Now they could face charges for defending themselves from possibly getting killed. Despite not actually firing any shots or harming anyone.
When law abiding citizens are left at the mercy of deadly marauders, with no protection whatsoever from the police then we are entering anarchy territory.
It's not going to end well.
