Wong explained that on closing the deal for the property, his lawyer didn't check to see if the utility bills were paid in full.

Either the current lawyer pays the bill or Wong needs a new lawyer.

My point is they had the responsibility to do that to the original delinquent.

This story is bovine excrement. Look at the “water bill” image. Doesn’t say a thing about water, utilities or anything related. It does mention taxes. Plus, Sum Ting’s timeline ain’t adding up.
