Flipping through the on-screen channel line-up, I saw the Hurricanes and Capitals game on the NBC sports channel was getting ready to start. I clicked it on out of curiosity but got the message that the game wasn’t available in my area. Huh? I always thought they did that so people are more inclined to buy tickets to the home game. From my understanding, the game was in Toronto and they aren’t selling tickets anyhow. Why wouldn’t they make the game available in the area of one of the participating teams?

No biggie, just curious. My day was not ruined

You’re in the Carolina area so there must have been a station covering the game.

Right now its scrimmages but once the playoffs start it will be on NBC or NBCSN.

And there’s always a feed somewhere on the internet. We have a VPN so we can find a bootleg feed.

But I’m a hockey junkie.
