During an encounter, a female officer was struck by gunfire in the wrist, but it is unclear what led to the shooting.The dog was injured during the incident... Since LAPD SOP is to shoot the dog first, we need a picture of the female officer to determine whether the shooter screwed up, or simply managed to shoot two dogs.
LAPD Keystone Kops manage to escalate a guy with scissors into a police shooting with unjustifiable injuries.

I knew a woman who was an LAPD sergeant. Went on to make captain.
Great gal, and one of the few attractive officers on the force.
