I would not be surprised if a sizeable amount of the “missing funds” went to the coffers of BLM and other radical leftist groups. This is what happened with a lot of our foreign aid via the State Department during the Obama administration.

Still, that is serious money. Taxpayers in NYC should demand real answers since the media has not given them.
