The university is suspending students for partying/gathering. The town is threatening to do the same to others (churches).
Churches are specifically enumerated in the First Amendment. Sadly church leaders are too scared or constitutionally ignorant to know their rights.
Government run by atheists have no business prescribing how, when or with whom we worship.
