“You wear a mask until you are seated” is the stupidest law ever. It’s like they are just taunting us.
As far as I know, the mask rules are simply rules, not laws. Constitutionally, to become a law, a legislative body must propose and vote. Then, if passed, send it on to the Governor for signature or veto.
In no state I’m aware of has the legislature followed the legal process. Most are just governors acting as monarchs and creating pretend law with pretend powers.
