Yes, the car that magically appeared from around the corner and had people leaping out to "help" the shooting victim were probably a part of it. The skateboarder was as it looked like he was retrieving spent shell casings before he took off. And the black guy that was claiming to help also lied to the officers, telling them that someone in a red car did the shooting (a couple others said this, as well). So, several suspects, but it is doubtful that the Portland police will try to track them down.
