“Just make sure it is clean dirt!”
My old man would say that after working on a project, then handing me a sandwich. “Well - at least it’s clean dirt!”
My first project out-doors in the dirt right after Covid started: it was so nice to be outside in the woods and fresh air, getting dirty - in CLEAN dirt! (I used my old-man’s line on my son that was helping me!)
I always say there’s a big difference between dirt and germs.
The five second rule becomes two minutes when you’re camping.
I only plant my carrots and things in clean dirt that way I can just pull them and eat them without having to wash it first.
