Disturbing video shows CEO Jeffrey Previte abusing 4-month-old dog
A business CEO was caught on horrifying video violently tossing around and slapping his 4-month-old pup — and cops have now launched an investigation into the incident, reports say.
Jeffrey Previte, the 46-year-old head of a California environmental-consulting firm, was caught on the disturbing surveillance footage grabbing his pitbull Beachy by the ear and neck as he dragged the pooch into a hallway off the parking garage at his Santa Monica condominium building Aug. 22, the Daily Mail said.
A worker manning the front desk said he heard the dog crying, prompting him to review the footage.

That’s definite animal abuse. The dud just committed a chargeable offense on camera. In a just world this leftist loser would get a visit from the authorities; but then we’re talking about Santa Monica.
If the guy was a BLM activist, and the dog was a cop, the left would be 100% ok with this. Just saying.

Animal abuse? The dog is fine. Nothing the guy did injured the dog. Not a good training technique but there needs to be a higher standard for “abuse” than this.
If Dems were like us they would feel stressed over decisions and sacrifices involving morality and compassion. Bill Clinton abused or raped women? Uh, well, uh, he's a Dem, so let's move on. (That was the origin of that fundraising group Move On.org). Kamala not from Africa and her family bought and sold slaves in Jamaica? Uh, she's a female and a Dem so let's play that down. Hillary had arm around Byrd and smiling broadly? Uh, can't recall that KKK link to the Dem Party, did that happen for 100 years? Can't recall that.
They aren't. They do what's in it for them. This CEO Jeffrey Pervert, uh I mean Previte, abused a dog. That is wrong and always will be wrong.
I can watch horror movies. I can watch beheading videos. I can not and will not watch animal abuse videos.

I don’t know where you live, but here in Illinois if you hand hang (i.e., choke a dog off the ground), that is animal abuse.

What’s with this “you people?” And, city dweller? I don’t live in a city. I’ve lived in many places in my going on 70 years on this planet, and I have never lived IN a city (suburbs, collar counties, yes).
You think “savage beating” is the only criteria for animal abuse? You’re sick, dude.

Had dogs for 60 years. Horses too. All are fine. Dogs adore me, in part because I adore them. I prefer dogs to humans. Always have.
“Abuse” is a criminal act. It needs to involve more than “training I dislike seeing and believe is improper”. There are people running around saying it is “abuse” to use a bit with horses, or to ride them at all if you weigh more than 15% of the horse’s weight. There are people claiming sheepdogs are abused. Or that any ownership of dogs is mental abuse.
Dogs are tough. Nothing the guy did harmed the dog. He may be a jerk, but he did not legally abuse the dog.
