Right, that was back when dinosaurs still roamed the earth and you had these big videos for the big bands. Another one that comes to mind is Bon Jovi’s “Blaze of Glory” with the helicopter shots out on the mesas. The abandoned drive-in movie theater sitting atop the mesa was a nice touch.

Fecking iconic and I defy anyone to not FEEL that scene.

Thriller was the greatest Music Video of all time.
Well, except for all those cool Duran Duran Music Videos in the 80’s...
I still have a place in my heart for Smooth Criminal though.

November Rain is a great song. I just checked my iTunes and I have played that song 51 times.

Rose I love your singing, but stick to something you know something about, like singing before you inform us of your drug induced stupidity.

Slash is in my Top Ten of “looks” that are iconic, eternal and awesome.
Alice is another, young Billy Idol, Ian Anderson right up until his Anton LaVey phase, Johnny Cash.
Can’t think of the others right now.

A song that still gives frissons nearly 50 years on.
Show me a rap song that lasts more than a year or two.

I remember once, his girlfriend had hired a stripper for his birthday party. Rose ended up being sued, by the man. Yep, she had tricked him and he was supposedly really getting into it, when he found out it was a man. I understand he beat the up and, of course, got sued for it. 🤪
