The focus might be on the days following Jesus' death. The apostles hiding in fear. Then the discovery of Jesus' empty tomb. His appearance to the apostles. His ascension. The coming of the Holy Spirit. Peter's speech to the crowd.

Yes, there's enough material there for a two hour film.
