I didn't want to pick the Giants against the 49ers, but there are simply too many injuries on the 49ers to be confident.

Mostert - Doubtful.
Kittle - Questionable.
Garoppolo - Questionable.
Samuel - IR
Coleman - Doubtful.

Whoever becomes the QB will have McKinnon as RB1, Reed as TE, and Bourne as WR1. I'm not saying they aren't capable, but it's a lot to consider to try to pick the winner of this contest in light of the injuries and doubt about who is actually going to play.
