That is a very funny way to put it.

The plaques that line our arteries are not just cholesterol, which is a small portion, anyway. It is mast cells gone crazy, cell debris, antibodies, etc., as well.

Of course the meaningful question wouldn't be what are the plaques made of, but why are they there?
