The masks are BS, but if the airline requires it, you have to wear one.
This. If you don’t like it, fly another airline. But, of course, if you don’t stand up for your rights to be maskless, they’ll soon require you to wear a tutu or... something.
I remember the video a couple of weeks ago with the flight attendant argueing with a passenger that he needed to wear a mask not just a face covering. He claimed it was a CDC regulation. I doubted it and looked it up. The flight attendant was correct. But you are also correct. If an airline or any business requires it, you have to wear it.
A little off topic: When searching for the place I found the mask info before (I failed to find it) but found this in the CDC Website about flights - for anybody fearful of flying during these Covid times...
“Most viruses and other germs do not spread easily on flights because of how air circulates and is filtered on airplanes. However, social distancing is difficult on crowded flights, and sitting within 6 feet of others, sometimes for hours, may increase your risk of getting COVID-19.”
IF In read this correctly-—they are demanding a mask AND A FACE SHIELD????
Where are we supposed to purchase a face shield???

Why? Are you saying we always have to do what we are “required to do”? Do you have personal limits for that philosophy? “Required to do” Compliance with that It’s kind of funny bell curve is it not?.. Maybe, you find being “compliant” easier than someone else will?. But, does that make them wrong?
I know, you are going to say “no shirt, no shoes, no service”.. That privately held companies are entitled to set their own rules. ....Except of course for gender, race, religion handicapped exceptions etc.
...you see those “exceptions” came into place because people felt oppressed And they “pushed back”
I think this man feels that being forced to wear a face covering is indeed oppression And he’s pushing back I say, Good for him. Bravo
History has proven to us that A strong man Is never an overly compliant one.
Weak men create bad Times
Bad Times create strong men
Strong men create good times
Good times create weak men....(we are here)....
...Approaching bad times
... We need to check our compliance at the door.
