I'm not convinced that guy was really a "Pinkerton." He didn't look like any private security guard I've seen in Downtown Denver. What he did was contrary to any use of force protocol I've heard of for private security guards. I recently saw the City has said he does not have a license to be an armed security guard with Pinkerton or anyone else.

I don't think 9 News has told us the whole story of how they hired this guy and just what that crew was doing.
