You can try “One-Blade” or other old-time safety razors.
I did for a while but was so spoiled with 5-blade cartridges that i opted for Schick Aqua as part of my Gillette boycott.
But - at $3 a cartridge, you probably ain’t interested - try to get used to the safety razor...

These work good enough? One and done or do you use them more than once?
