this looks like maybe same spot- but no large object in it- wonder of someone threw their garbage in the hole? Maybe it's not the same, but the bush and house look similar to hte one at the site:

A sinkhole in the northwest part of town has continued to grow since it was first discovered. It eventually consumed a swimming pool.

These scenes are so strange because whatever volume of earth was in the hole had to go somewhere, somehow.

I mean how does that work? Aliens?

Is there some other yard “downstream” of the underground earth river that gets a few million dumptrucks full of fill, or what?

Does it flow into the ocean, creating a new island?

(Okay, I *cound* look it up, but that’s no fun).

I hope the homeowner has a place to go, besides into the new, bigger pool. :(
