The physical requirement that the vaccine has to be kept at -70C pretty much eliminates it’s use in foreign countries LO!L

Russia and China both claim to have a vaccine. The Chinese claim came early this year when they publicized that the general in charge of the Wuhan lab was given the vaccine.
The virus was released from the lab that develops vaccines.
Same lab that Fauci directed some funds to.
