you need to get rid of CCleaner, microsoft has banned it;very problematic and compromised. Look it up.

It all seems to deal w/ Win-10 problems; I use Win-7 Pro x64 and have no problems with it. I also use Malwarebytes and Norton 360.

I agree. If you step in a pile of fresh dog poop, it would still be better than CCleaner.
