Totally agree. Sometimes you have to have a bit of humor, a project, or just listen to music, read — heck, anything of interest to you — just to focus on something besides ALL negative, ALL the time.
I work 30 hours a week at The Home Depot. At age 71. I walk two coonhounds totalling 140 lbs of fast moving dog every morning of the week for an hour before breakfast. I’ve been on FR fourteen years. I wouldn’t dare post a vanity crying about my cracked driveway on FR. I have more respect for fellow FReepers than that. What the hell are you, ten-year ego boy, telling me I need to get?
