We use nasal spray bottles. The most effective thing seems to be Serrapeptase capsules. It’s an enzyme that cleans up stray proteins. Not sure why it works but it does.
I swear by Serrapeptase. I started taking it to control Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Not a bad case but it helped. I also have Prinzmetal Angina and was having about 2 attacks per month. Since I started the Serrapeptase I have about 1 per year.
