Require it to fly into or out of the country.
No doubt Canada will require proof of vaccination to enter. Likely the Britain and the EU as well.
Change the law to allow life and health insurance companies to require it on existing policies. Then lean on the companies to impose the rule. Allow banks to require a vaccine to get a mortgage or car loan.
Never require ID though for voting.
That’s my concern is whether I’ll have to get one IF I ever want to travel internationally again. I think it will grow to be a requirement, either from other countries, all the airlines banding together, or travel companies.
