That was a tame explosion compared to the others. I think very little propellant was left.

Actually, in many cases when there's little to no fuel left is when it's most dangerous. Liquid propellants generally burn, they don't explode. You only get an explosion when you have flame/heat introduced to a fuel-air vapor, and only at specific ratios thereof. A lot of semi-tanker explosions are actually empty tanks that haven't been purged.

Added armor to the control cables and hydraulic runs, since that test stand incident which threw ceramic thermal protection over the concrete type shrapnel into the engine cowl area.

Too much oxygen in the mix could cook the copper liner of the engine throat area to produce green fire.
