BTW, I think Crenshaw said the things Trump said were insane. Here, from the Politio article: “thinks American troops should stay in Afghanistan (where an IED took one of the veteran’s eyes) as long as they’re needed to prevent another 9/11. That puts him at odds with Trump, whom Crenshaw has been unafraid to criticize, going so far as to call his rhetoric “insane” and “hateful” during the 2016 presidential campaign.”
The guy is a chameleon. He wants to be a politician. We have plenty of those already. We need leaders. I don’t see Crenshaw as a leader.
Now do you understand? I know he is from Texas, as are you, so I can cut you some slack on that.
I just do not care for this guy. I don’t trust politicians and he clearly wants to be one.

He appears to be a grifter. It looks like he’s on anyone’s side for a seat at the table and a slice of the pie.
Only an incredibly self absorbed politician would give a speech at CPAC during impeachment and not mention President Trump’s name once. Yet Crenshaw did just that as detailed in the link. He’s McCain with an eyepatch and not to be trusted.

Maybe. Honestly, I think he does believe he is doing the right thing. But, I just don’t think he is the kind of leader this country needs. He’s quick to ridicule the one person who got this country back on the right track.
One more thing, I do NOT agree with keeping troops in Afghanistan. If you want to prevent another 9/11 then get control of those in THIS country who allow such things to happen first.

From what I can tell, he supported civilian ownership of AR’s, but his stance is typical of modern Republicans, they are more interested in liberal media praise, and refuse to consider that they won’t always be able to limit legislation, and the camels nose...

i dunno- i remember him saying something about civilians owning guns, and thought wow- really? Can’t remember the specifics now, but got an uneasy feeling about him at that point because of it- He was appearing alot on fox at the time- making a name for himself, and at first sounded solid- then he came out with the gun issue- and i thought, nope- not cool- Can’t remember what it was- maybe it was round limits- but don’;t hold me to that-
