There is a chain of custody for each drop box collection but the totals recorded during each collection and the total of the “mail in” ballots combined will show that the numbers are far less than the “drop off/mail in” totals counted. Yhey can’t be reconciled and if they are revealed before 6/20 Jan 21 the gig will be up.
