Oh yeah. At 2 fluid ounces for $37.99 plus shipping, AGE damn well better be more effective than the real thing.

They only help be replacing things that are worse. Whole grains are better than refined grains. But whole grains in themselves are not healthy. No grains would be the best choice.
Some friends of my mom and dad told about her pranking her Italian husband. She took raw garlic cloves and dipped them in chocolate. He just loved them.
There is supposedly a link between cilantro taste and a particular gene. Asparagus smell in urine is also iirc.
I’m with you on that. When a recipe calls for cilantro I just add a squirt of Dawn dish soap.
The first two items on the list are carb loaded. Eating fat will only make you fat if combined with carbs. Absent carbs, your body will burn fat, including that which is stored in the waistline.
FYI
That warfarin crap is RAT POISON in small doesage,
Do You have Rx Insurance ? If so switch to Xarelto. RAT POISON đ â ď¸ IS cheap and thatâs why the insurance company scum like it. Xarelto isnât cheap. My co-pay is like $8.50 for a 90 day supply and Your Doc can write a 90 day supply. Thereâs No Testing needed to check Dosage like that RAT POISON đ â ď¸crap.
Get Your Doc to switch You to Xarelto
“I love navy beans. I may start a pot after reading this.”
I’m right there with you but somehow I think the bacon, brown sugar and molasses (an other top secret ingredients) that I add might negate the bean benefit a bit.
“What does âaged garlic extractâ provide that garlic does not?”
Maybe it doesn’t give you garlic breath. This company has been around for years and might give some answers.

Great arteriarticle! Thanks!
Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 taken together daily.
Youâre Welcome. LOL, in true FReeper fashion I just scanned the article to glean the basic information but not all of the details. I would pass on the alcohol medium and try basic Olive Oil not EVOO to soak it in.
I’d take red wine and wild salmon - it works as just great but much nicer.
HOLY FREAKING MOLY !!! Thatâs highway damned robbery !!!
Use Coriander, itâs the Ground Up Seed of Cilantro but does not taste like dish soap.
Ketchup
The 6 foods mentioned to help prevent clogged arteries are chock full of oxalates that, as you get older, clog your arteries with plaques, form kidney stones, cause kidney-heart attacks, develop into breast cancer and sand paper the lining of your gut so you end up with leaky gut and ruined metabolism, ruin your thyroid by depositing oxalate crystals on your thyroid tissue (which an endocrinologist will never tell you).
What are oxalates: they are natural pesticide in plants to deter insects from eating the plant. Plants have a natural way to balance the oxalates by the oxidase enzyme but when plants are fertilized with nitrates, the nitrate destroys the oxidase enzyme leaving only the poisonous oxalate. So, organic food grown without fertilizer would be better.
Here is what is better to eat than so-called “health food” listed in the article:
1. Avoid high oxalate foods: spinach, kale, chocolate, almond milk, all nuts, beets, brown rice, beans, potato, wheat berries, raspberries, rice bran, soy, tofu, tea, unfiltered coffee, gelatin, etc. Recipe for kidney stones and heart attack.
2. Take calcium citrate before every meal or drink milk or eat ice cream before meals to get calcium to bind up any oxalate in food and remove it. We need binders like calcium to balance the poisonous oxalates from plants.
3. Take Vitamin B-6 100 mg with meals to dissolve oxalates.
4. Take probiotics with meals to degrade the oxalate.
5. Drink a lot of water to dissolve the gradual build up of oxalate stones in kidney and eventually even in your muscles, thyroid, etc. Insoluble oxalates are sharp razor blade like crystals that deposit into muscles and organs like asbestos does.
6. Substitute low oxalate foods like Romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, butter lettuce, real white bread without the hull or bleached wheat flour bread, coconut, low fat meats, dairy products, peas, watermelon, wild rice, oat bran, white rice, squash, radishes, red peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, butter.

(Avoid blends, check for a harvest date)
Have some with lemon every day, good for your arteries. I like the videos of Alan Mandell, he’s not selling anything, he discusses the health benefits of various inexpensive items like olive oil. Here’s a good example:

And of course, knock off the smokes and the sugar!
I am respectably hot and I buy fresh garlic regularly. It doesn't repel anybody in the least!
