I tend to
Like simpler sandwiches so the whole trend of seeing how much you can pile onto a bun so if goes everywhere when you try to eat it doesn’t impress me much

Does anybody remember seeing Dagwood sandwiches in the Sunday Comics section? Dagwood Bumsted was the husband of Blondie. Blondie was the name of the strip. Maybe that cartoon was the inspiration for these edible Lincoln Log sculptures.

It’s like the Hunter’s Sandwich I saw in Field & Stream a few years back. Some deer hunters like to go out the day after Thanksgiving to try to fill their tag, and they can get hungry up in that tree stand. The sandwich was basically leftovers: two thick, chewy slices of bread, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce, slathered in mayo and wrapped in paper. The pic was mouth-watering and the ingredients all worked well together, but half of it would be down your camo by the time you were done, if you didn’t take precautions.

Same here - simple and clean suits me just fine.
