Volcano chili with habanero peppers.
I keep dehydrated Habanero peppers (I prepare them from fresh) and use them for really great Mexican food dishes. Next to Hatch Green Chili’s; Habanero Peppers have the best flavor.
A little bit will go a long way. 1/4 of a dried Habanero pepper will easily flavor a large can of Hominy. But it is amazing.
