Be careful what you wish for. We've had term limits here in Commiefornia for almost 30 years now and we are a one-party state.
Term Limits is nothing more than an ever expanding merry-go-round. The politicians that are term-limited out just go on to some other high-paying position in government or academia and they are replaced by a clone.
