I believe it will be a smaller country. I believe it will be as follow...North Carolina to Texas (the old CSA) up through WV Western Pa to Eastern Oregon and Alaska...The Northeast will be another country (maybe just maybe, the Coast Guard and Sub base can be another part of thee new nation...Hawaii might be a territory.)

Most likely the SCOTUS will rule we can’t split up the country, and everyone will shrug and try something else.
