What happens when the US Government knowingly certifies fraud?

Absolutely nothing according to an earlier discussion I had with some constitutional experts who post here. Pence was constitutionally obligated to do nothing with this hot mess, despite Pennsylvania and other states asking for additional time to review fraud.

If VP Pence had acted on the fraud vote, who would say/hold that he was outside Constitutional authority?

SCOTUS had already stated to effect that there no authority to challenge anything a Pol does.
