I started at FR in 1997 I still do not know the rules. Again, I am guest so it is incumbent upon me to learn the rules, I just wish they were posted somewhere. The reason that you have been confused for 24 years is that the 1st rule on FR is to understand that the Constitution is the final rule of law and that there are no damned "penumbras", I have read your other posts and you are nothing but a lefty lurker that pops his head up to sow confusion.
