Rapper Snoop Dogg has a message for President Trump and his aides: “I love what they did,” he said in granting clemency to Death Row Records co-founder Michael “Harry O” Harris.
Harris learned Tuesday that he will be released early from prison on Trump’s orders, though the White House has not yet publicly said so.
The music and marijuana mogul was told of the decision Sunday and said he wanted to share a message with the outgoing president.
“That’s great work for the president and his team on the way out,” Snoop Dogg said in remarks shared with The Post.
“They did some great work while they was in there and they did some great work on their way out. Let them know that I love what they did.”
He also said, “It is amazing what the work of God can actually bring to life to make people understand that there is a God.”
Snoop Dogg praised Trump on a Zoom call with reform advocates Alice Johnson and Weldon Angelos, who shared the recording with his permission.

I thought “Snoop Dogg” hated Trump. Wasn’t he the one who did the video where Trump is dressed like a clown and he points a gun at his head?

Trump definitely does take the high road. Folks should read his farewell address...which of course was not carried by the media except for Fox, and even they cut out early.
Btw, I think the guy pardoned may have had a jailhouse conversion. He certainly sounded like a believer in the things he said.
Great, did Couy Griffin the leader of cowboys for Trump get a pardon? He was just caught up in the wave of FBI terror unleashed after tree capitol protest. Her never went went inside.
That’s the end of Snoop as “cool”. No matter who you are, you are not allowed to cross the Trump line.
It’s politically and socially wise and just plain good. Some criminals aren’t likely to turn around. Others are more likely to do so.
The President didn’t pardon them without some careful consideration on the part of his people. Thanks to the advocates for their efforts, and thanks to Caldog for his respectful request letter and thanks given to our greatest President ever!
Time for pardons for all variants of trespass at the Capitol (not vandalism or assault, but trespass) and for all NFA gun “crimes” that did not include other felonies.
