I would have a problem with this. Post office cannot be trusted and who knows who gets to see your ID.

I think everyone should get a voter ID card. One bright side to this would be that "they" would know how many alive people exist to vote.

The "voter ID card" is just a free ID for voting only. It exists in states with voter ID requirements as a guard against claims of suppression of minority voters.

Outside voting, it has no worth and is redundant if you already have a driver's license or state-issued ID card.

We should work on repealing motor-voter laws.
